This page covers www.repo.lv, the website of Repo, a software studio in Riga, Latvia. Repo is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions go to hello@repo.lv.
What we collect
When you use the project form: your name, email, company if you give one, and your message. When you book an intro call: your name, email, the time you choose and any notes you add. Our web server also records requests, including the IP address, for security and troubleshooting.
Why
To answer your inquiry and to schedule and hold the call you booked. We do not add you to a mailing list, sell your details or use them for advertising.
Who processes it
Resend delivers the emails the form and the booking system send. Bookings are kept as entries in our Google Calendar. The website and the booking system run on our own server in the EU. No one else receives your details.
How long we keep it
Inquiry messages are kept until the inquiry is closed. Bookings stay as calendar entries. Server logs are kept for a limited time and are not used to profile visitors.
Cookies and analytics
There are no advertising trackers or ad cookies. If you accept the cookie banner on the studio page, it loads Google Analytics, which sets cookies (_ga) so we can count visits. If you decline or don't choose, nothing from Google loads and no cookie is set; “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the studio page changes your choice. Signing in to the client workspace uses a session cookie.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, or ask for a copy. Write to hello@repo.lv and we will reply within a month. You can also complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija).
