These terms cover www.repo.lv, the website of Repo, a software studio in Riga, Latvia, and the demos linked from it.

The website and demos

The website and its demos are provided as they are, for information. Demo data is synthetic. Do not try to break into the website or the demos, and do not use them unlawfully.

Demo accounts

Demo accounts are for evaluating our work only. Do not upload personal or confidential data into a demo; anything entered there may be visible to other visitors and may be reset at any time.

Intro calls

Booking an intro call is a request for a conversation, not a contract. It creates no obligation for either side, and either side can cancel it.

Client work

Scope, price, timing, ownership, confidentiality and support for client work are set out in a separate written agreement signed before work starts. That agreement, not this page, governs the work.

Availability and liability

Demos can be down, changed or removed without notice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by using the website or the demos, or by their being unavailable.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes go to the courts of Riga.
